I was looking at real estate in Irvine for quite some time but seeing as how some of the Tustin Real Estate has gone through serious price reductions I have turned my attention there. Though I still would like to set up residence in Irvine, Tustin is just around the corner from Irvine so both the heart and work will be close by should I buy a home in Tustin.

Comparison shopping is always a good idea. And what is important for one buyer might not be the preference for another. So its a matter of choice. However, both Tustin and Irvine have had “serious price reduction.” In general, Tustin prices have tended to be lower than Irvine’s.
