Slow Going
Some say the race goes to the tortoise, but this is certainly not the case when it comes to selling a home. I just saw a report on MSNBC that talked about homes for sale across the nation. More homes are going up for sale but they are not moving. The amount of houses that are for sale have more than doubled from what they were at last year, but this does not mean they are actually selling. With some homes being on the market for well over four months, the sluggish movement and slow growth have caused owners to price accordingly. Once again, the curve is offset by the California market and even more so by expensive Orange County market. None the less, houses are not exactly selling like hot cakes in Huntington Beach. Here is a list of homes that have sold in the past three months.
