  The other day, I was able to easily find a slew of homes that have been listed on the Redfin site in Dana Point for much longer than they should be — some even 500+ days — because their owners refuse to lower their prices.

Now, I bring you the same story, different day, different city — this time? Homes in Laguna Niguel. I think these should be considered part of the “Starting to smell like old shoes club” …
